The difference between mesh cloth and fly woven cloth is very big. Their production equipment is different, and the weaving process is also different. Basically, there are two types of products.
Mesh is a Fire retardant fabric with mesh, organic woven mesh and knitted mesh (currently non-woven). Among them, woven mesh is white or yarn-dyed, and has good air permeability. After bleaching and dyeing, the cloth is very cool. In addition to summer clothing, it is especially suitable for curtains, mosquito nets and other supplies. The mesh size is the same for printing, filtering, etc. There are generally three kinds of weaving methods for woven mesh:
3. Use reed tooth density and weft density to form mesh (screen), knitted mesh is also divided into weft knitted mesh and warp knitted mesh. The raw materials are generally nylon, polyester, spandex, etc. There are many finished products of knitted mesh. Different names.
Fly weaving is a process generally made of yarn, which is a thin and long product made of fibers or filaments that have been twisted for the first time, with tensile strength and softness. The strand is a product made of two or more yarns combined and twisted for the second time, and its fineness, strength and uniformity are improved compared with yarns. Strong is a product made of strands and all twisted a third time.
